📱 My Animal Trust App – Setup Guide

This guide explains how to create an account with My Animal Trust app. You can access My Animal Trust as a new or existing client but the setup process is slightly different for each.

Note: If you previously used our old portal, you will need to create a new set of login credentials. Please follow the Existing Client instructions below.


New Client

Registration

If you are new to Animal Trust i.e. you've never registered yourself or your pet with us, then the first thing you need to do is register as a new client: (https://www.animaltrust.org.uk/my-animal-trust/register)

To complete this process, you will need:

  • An accessible email address


Existing Client

If you are already a registered client with Animal Trust — meaning you have previously brought your pet to us for treatment — you can access My Animal Trust by linking a new online account to your existing record with us (https://www.animaltrust.org.uk/my-animal-trust/transfer-email).

To complete this process, you will need: - Access to the email address currently registered with us
