If you've never accessed My Animal Trust before, what you do next depends on whether you're a brand-new client who has never registered with Animal Trust or used our services before, or whether you've used our services in the past — including our previous portal.

⚙️ How it works

Registering as a new client

If you’re new to Animal Trust (meaning you’ve never registered yourself with us before) you'll need to complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the registration page.
  2. Select your preferred Animal Trust location.
  3. Enter your details and use the address lookup by typing the first line of your address and clicking Find address.
  4. Choose whether you would like to receive marketing updates and read our Privacy Policy
  5. Create a secure password that meets the on-screen requirements and store it safely.
  6. Activate your account using the email sent to you within 48 hours or repeat the registration process if the link expires.
  7. Log in to your account and add your pet.

⚠️ Important: If your email address is already in our system, you won’t be able to register as a new client. In this case, please use the existing account login.

Existing client linking a new online account

Our new portal was introduced in September 2025. If you registered as a client before this date, you’ll need to link your existing record to a new online account by following the steps below.

  1. Go to this page.
  2. Enter the email address already registered on your Animal Trust record.
  3. Check your inbox for the account linking email.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and complete your account setup.

⚠️ Important: The email you provide will need to match perfectly with the email we have in our system.

❓ FAQs

What if I don't know or want to change my Animal Trust location later? You can do this once your account has been setup and you are logged into the app.
Why do I need to set up a new online account when I already had one? We upgraded our online portal in **September 2026**. Because of this new credentials need to be created.
