You can view your pet’s Health Plan details within the My Animal Trust app.
✅ What you can do
- View your pet’s active Health Plan
- Check the status of a plan
- View payment and renewal date
⚙️ How it works
- Log in to the My Animal Trust app.
- From the dashboard, locate the pet whose Health Plan you would like to view.
- If the pet has an active or pending Health Plan, a plan section will appear on the pet card.
- Select Details on the right-hand side of the plan section.
- Your Health Plan information will open, including the plan name, start date, auto-renewal status and renewal date, and next payment date.
💡 Top tip: 'Pending' means the plan is due to start at a future date. 'Active' means its already live.
🎯 When to use this
This feature is useful when you want to review your pet’s Health Plan information, check plan status before an appointment, or confirm billing and plan details.

Why can’t I see a Health Plan on my pet’s dashboard?
If no Health Plan appears, this usually means a plan has not yet been added for that pet. Only pets with an active or pending Health Plan will show the plan section on the dashboard.What does “Pending” mean on my Health Plan?
A Pending status means your Health Plan has been created but has not started yet. This usually happens when you selected a future start date during setup.Can I view plans for all of my pets?
