Invoices

You can view invoices for treatments and services provided to your pets through the My Animal Trust app. This gives you easy access to your billing information whenever you need it.

What you can do

• View an overview of invoices linked to you and your pets
• Open and review the details of each invoice

How it works

1. Log in to the My Animal Trust app
2. Open the menu using the button in the top-right corner
3. Select Financial
4. Open the Invoices tab
5. Browse your invoices and select the one you want to view

When to use this

This feature is useful when you want to review charges for treatments, services, or medications provided to your pets.

Important notes

• Invoices shown in the app may not always reflect recent payments immediately
• Invoices cannot currently be paid through the app
• Downloading invoices is not available at this time
• Please contact your practice directly if you have any questions about an invoice or need a copy sent to you
• Credit notes (refunds) are not displayed here at this time
• If your pet is currently hospitalised with us, this invoice may change
