You can request a repeat prescription for your pet directly through the My Animal Trust app.

⚙️ How it works

  1. Log in to the My Animal Trust app.
  2. From the dashboard, navigate to the menu in the top right.
  3. Select order medication.
  4. Enter the key details.
  5. Submit the prescription request.
  6. The team will process your request and let you know by phone or email about the next steps.

⚠️ Important: Prescription requests are subject to veterinary approval. In some cases, your pet may need a recent check-up before medication can be prescribed. More information.
