Lab Results (COMING SOON)

You can view your pet's laboratory test results directly in the My Animal Trust app. This includes tests performed by your Animal Trust practice as well as supported tests sent to external laboratories.

  • View available laboratory reports
  • Access individual test results

⚙️ How it works

  1. Log in to the My Animal Trust app.
  2. Select the Menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Open the Lab Reports section.
  4. Find the report you want to view and select Details.
  5. Review your pet's laboratory results.

⚠️ Important: Not all laboratory test results are available to view in the app. If you have any questions about your pet's results, please contact your Animal Trust practice.

Use this feature when you want to check your pet's laboratory test results without contacting the practice.

❓ FAQs

Why can't I see my pet's lab results? There may be a short delay between your practice receiving the results and them appearing in the app. This allows your veterinary team time to review and, where appropriate, report on the findings. If your results are still unavailable after one week, it may be because that particular test type is not currently supported in the app.
Can I download or print my lab results? This feature is not currently available. If you would like a copy of your pet's laboratory report, please contact your practice. You can also request this feature using the feedback link below.
What should I do if I don't understand the results? Your veterinary team is the best source of advice for interpreting your pet's laboratory results. Please contact your practice if you have any questions or concerns.
