View booked appointments

You can view your pet’s upcoming and previous appointments within the My Animal Trust app.

✅ What you can do

  • View upcoming appointments
  • Check appointment dates and times
  • See which practice your appointment is booked at
  • See which vet your appointment is booked with
  • View previous appointments for your pet

⚙️ How it works

View upcoming appointments

  1. Log in to the My Animal Trust app.
  2. From the dashboard, scroll down to the Upcoming appointments section.
  3. View your upcoming appointment details.

View previous appointments

  1. Log in to the My Animal Trust app.
  2. From the dashboard, scroll down to the Upcoming appointments section.
  3. Select History to view previous appointments.

⚠️ Important: Only the last 3 months of appointments show oin the historic appointment overview.

🎯 When to use this

Use this feature if you want to check the details of an upcoming appointment or review your pet’s appointment history. This can help you confirm the date, time, practice location, or vet before attending your appointment. You can also use the appointment history section to check which vet you saw previously if you would like to book with them again.

❓ FAQs

I can't see my admit appointment on the dashboard, how do I confirm it? Admit appointments will not show on the dashboard. If you need confirmation of the time, please check your email confirmations or contact your practice via the chat function.
I can't see the description I provided with the appointment booking on the overview, will the practice recieve it? Yes the description you provided when booking the appointment will be passed to the practice.
