View booked appointments

You can view your pet’s upcoming and previous appointments within the My Animal Trust app.

What you can do

  • View upcoming appointments
  • Check appointment dates and times
  • See which practice your appointment is booked at
  • See which vet your appointment is booked with
  • View previous appointments for your pet
  • Cancel an upcoming appointment

How it works

View upcoming appointments

  1. Log in to the My Animal Trust app.
  2. From the dashboard, scroll down to the Upcoming appointments section.
  3. View your upcoming appointment details.

View previous appointments

  1. Log in to the My Animal Trust app.
  2. From the dashboard, scroll down to the Upcoming appointments section.
  3. Select History to view previous appointments.

When to use this

Use this feature if you want to check the details of an upcoming appointment or review your pet’s appointment history. This can help you confirm the date, time, practice location, or vet before attending your appointment. You can also use the appointment history section to check which vet you saw previously if you would like to book with them again.

Important notes

  • Not all appointment types will appear in the overview. For example, operations and admit appointments are not shown in the app.
  • You should also receive appointment confirmation emails separately.
  • If you cancel an appointment, it will be removed from your upcoming appointments overview.
  • Only the last 3 months of appointment history are shown in the app.
  • The description you entered for the appointment when booking online will not show on the overview.
