View and change client details

You can view and update your client details in the My Animal Trust app to ensure your contact information stays accurate and up to date.
β What you can do
- View your registered client details
- Update your phone number
- Update your email address
- Change your home address
- Update your communication preferences
βοΈ How it works
- Log in to the My Animal Trust app.
- Select the top-left menu button.
- Select Profile settings.
- Move between the tabs to find the detail(s) you need.
- If youβve made a change, click Save.
Below is a table showing what can and cannot be edited.

β οΈ Important: You must have at least one phone number and one email address on record. It is also mandatory for one of each to be selected as a communication preference in order to receive general communications, reminders, and statements.
π― When to use this
Use this feature if your contact details have changed or if you notice incorrect information on your account. Keeping your details up to date helps us contact you regarding appointments, treatment updates, and important account information.
