Add a pet

You can add a new pet to your account in the My Animal Trust app and choose whether to add a health plan.

✅ What you can do

  • Register a new pet with Animal Trust
  • Add a health plan

⚙️ How it works

  1. Log in to the My Animal Trust app.
  2. From the dashboard, select Add new pet.
  3. Complete the required fields.
  4. Choose whether to add a health plan or return to the dashboard.

💡 Top tip: If you make a mistake after adding a pet, you can edit the pet once it is live, or make it inactive.

🎯 When to use thiss

Use this feature if you’ve recently got a new pet and want to register them with us before booking an appointment. You can also use it if you have a pet that has never been seen by Animal Trust before but now needs to use our services.

❓ FAQs

My pets breed is missing, what should I do? Popular crossbreeds, such as Cockapoos, should be registered as Crossbreed. If your pedigree pet breed is still missing, please raise an issue ticket to our team. You can do this from the bottom of this page.
