Cancelling an appointment

Depending on the appointment type and how soon the appointment is due, you may be able to cancel the appointment using the app.

✅ What you can do

  • View upcoming appointment details
  • Cancel an appointment
  • Receive an appointment cancellation confirmation email

⚙️ How it works

  1. Log in to the My Animal Trust app.
  2. From the dashboard, scroll down to the Upcoming appointments section.
  3. Find the appointment you want to cancel.
  4. Select the cancel icon on the right.
  5. Confirm that you want to proceed.
  6. You should receive an email confirming the cancellation.

⚠️ Important: You may not be able to cancel an appointment if it is too close to the appointment start time or depending on the appointment type.

🎯 When to use this

Use this feature when you can no longer attend your appointment or no longer need it.
